Each model is determined by the length and its tilt angle needed. Lengths from 40 to 75 feet long & angles of tilt, up to 63 degrees of tilt.

Our Wood Chip truck dumpers/tippers are designed to unload bulk wood materials such as biomass, wood chips, bark, and any flow-able bulk wood material.

Our wood chip dumper's feature advanced engineering and heavy-duty construction that result in fast cycle times, improved productivity and reliable performance. The wood bio mass dumpers were built with safety and cleanliness in mind.

Also note that the framing is designed with extra heavy I-beams 24"/94# per foot, complete with 3/8 floor plating. We also designed these units with the truck driver in mind, notice the extra distance between the A frames and the wheel guides on each side, this keeps the truck and trailer toward the center of the unit and plenty of room for the mirrors between the A frames, as opposed to many of the older units.

Each of our models are designed and built quite a bit heavier than the traditional models that have been used for the last 60 years..
