Truck Dumper & Truck Tipper

We manufacture a variety of models of hydraulic truck dumpers and tilters in lengths from 40 to 75 feet and angles of tilt from 35 to 62 degrees.

Our truck dumpers and tippers are designed to quickly unload bulk materials such as biomass, coal, wood chips, bark, or any other flowable material.

Our models are set on a concrete foundation and offer easy, low-cost installation. Our large, fit-together pieces mean that no costly, dangerous, and time-consuming field welding is required, unlike other manufacturers.

American International truck tippers and dumpers feature advanced engineering and heavy-duty construction that result in fast cycle times, improved productivity, and reliable performance. These models were built with safety and cleanliness in mind.

Framing is designed with extra-heavy I-beams (24”/94# per foot), complete with 3/8 floor plating. We also designed these units with the truck driver in mind by including extra distance between the A-frames and wheel guides on each side to keep the truck and trailer toward the center of the unit. There is plenty of room for the mirrors between the A-frames, as opposed to many older units.

We are dedicated to manufacturing high-quality and reliable hydraulic truck dumpers, so each of our models is designed and built to be heavier than traditional models. Our truck dumpers and tippers are available in drive-through and back-on configurations for both grade-level and elevated discharge.
